"Good Morning, NCATE:
As you know, Fairfield University in Connecticut recently hosted a joint NCATE/State Accreditation visit. I would like to share a few thoughts with you regarding the NCATE team.
The chair conducted herself in a highly professional manner with a strong and deep understanding of the NCATE standards and visit processes; she managed the team with a level of respect and collegiality that set the tone of the entire visit.
Further, each NCATE team member possessed the intellect, confidence and character requisite for accreditation work...and in the midst of all this hard work, maintained a sense of humor that made the process a true pleasure.
